The World Natural Powerlifting Federation requires that all athletes be free of performance enhancing drugs and the Missing  Link Powerlifting Team supports a drug-free lifestyle. The lifters train together in the City of White Plains, New York at the Missing Link Training Center. The requirements for training for just one contest are many early morning training sessions. The team typically trains two hours per day six days per week to properly prepare for the competitions.
